YIN YOGA

Cultivating stillness, yin yoga has a distinct meditative quality. Holding postures for a few minutes, rather than a few breaths, yin yoga allows the muscles to come into a passive, deep relaxed stretch, reshaping the fascia and connective tissue. This practice improves joint mobility, breath, and postural alignment. It is beneficial for performance athletes, and those recovering from injury, as well as aging bodies.  Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Mondays 6:00-7:15 pm at the Flow Suite Studio (monthly)

Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm at Anastasia Fitness Studio

It is a healing art, a moving meditation, and a slow graceful dance. It relaxes the body and focuses the mind. It improves balance and posture.
